The plugin brings a seller’s CRM data — accounts, opportunities, pipeline — into Claude, under that user’s existing Salesforce permissions.
The idea is that sellers stay in Claude instead of bouncing between Salesforce, Slack, email, and call notes. Claude assembles context, drafts work, and (after approval) writes updates back to Salesforce.
It works in Claude chat and Claude Cowork (web and desktop). Admins connect Salesforce once for the organization; each user then signs in with their own Salesforce account. Claude only sees what that user’s permissions already allow, and by default it asks for approval before writing changes. Salesforce stays the system of record.
